Why the Veranda…

When I was a little girl I always thought Veranda sounded elegant and important and I always wanted one!

As an adult, I find myself there quite often. I love the crispness of the fresh air in the mornings, so this is where I begin my days, hair disheveled from a good nights sleep and a cup of coffee in my hand. Oftentimes lost in thought as I watch the sprinkler move back and forth across my freshly mowed lawn, Or even stare at it thinking about what it would look like if I actually mowed it!

It’s a wonderful place to share a meal with a friend, or just kick back and think about nothing at all.

It’s my serenity.
